Remove Cover (label poles in sets, tie wrap in groups of 3 sets and store under cradle). Fold cover and place in cabin
Clean Deck, cabin topsides and cockpit (soap and warm water with scrub brush on deck)
Clean and Wax Top Sides and Hull (Soap and water above waterline, sand and scrube below waterline to remove algae & crud)
Sand, repair and prep boat for anti-fowling paint
Apply anti-flowing paint (1 coat)
Clean and Organize deck and cabin (deliver boat cushions, sails, safety gear and rigging in storage locker).
Install tiller handle if removed
Install motor & gas tank (fill tank with Esso 91 fuel)
Clean & hang fenders
install 50 foot lines at bow and stern for launch
Prepare dock lines (verify good condition, install bow lines on dock, set stern lines on dock so they are ready to secured to tires)
Launch day support (start engine and drive to slip once launched, set legnth of dock lines, close up boat like finishing a sail, pack down cradle in yard)
Prepare boat for launch

clean area thoroughly with acetone
fill with new core and fiberglass it in
complete job with epoxy top layer and fair to match deck profile
top with gelcoat
Drill holes and reinstall stanchion with bolts bedded in 4200 adhesive chalking
